The Role
Working with the firm's award-winning corporate team, you will deal with mid-market M&A with a broad diet of work in this space covering a multitude of sectors. The team also deal with corporate disposals & exits and equity capital markets transactions.
The firm offer a first-class service for the work that they do making them a highly preferable firm for their impressive client base. Instructions are frequent and a Corporate Associate with 3 years + PQE is needed to meet client demand and the firms ongoing expansion plans.
Taking pride in what you do, offering deep legal insight and working in collaboration with the team is key here. You will experience structured progression from day one in an environment where you will be working with some of the finest Corporate Lawyers in the region.
Requirements
- A Corporate Solicitor with 3 years + PQE (Even the most senior level candidates are welcome to apply)
- A strong degree of commercial acumen
