Senior Life Sciences Associate, 3+ PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits

We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a senior Life Sciences Solicitor to join a top-ranked and fast-growing team based in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will take on wide range of interesting and high-quality work for life sciences businesses (including pharmaceutical and drug discovery businesses, medical devices companies, and service suppliers to the life sciences industry) and other clients of the commercial, IP and IT team. The team is fast-growing, and boasts an exciting client base. The post holder will take on matters including advising on IP licensing and partnering transactions; clinical trial agreements; commercial contracts; research collaborations; IP protection; regulatory issues in life sciences; data protection and due diligence for corporate transactions relating to life sciences.

You will work closely with the head of the Life Sciences team as well as other members of our clients' large and friendly commercial IP and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years PQE gained in a large regional or City firm, or in-house. You will have good technical skills in commercial law with a proven interest in life sciences businesses. You will be enthusiastic and a commercially-minded lawyer, and be prepared to turn your hand to a wide range of work.
