THE FIRM
Our client is a strong commercial practice with a number of market leading departments.
THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working at a large firm with an established commercial property team.
Experience of development site acquisitions, development, planning and infrastructure agreements; has negotiated options and conditional contracts and has some understanding of subject to planning and overage provisions; has done some landlord and tenant work; commercial acquisitions and disposals; good knowledge of workings of the land registry and SDLT; is familiar with lending requirements for property finance; has experience acting for housing associations, local authorities, developers and/or house builders.
THE PERSON
* NQ-2PQE UK qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal
* A Solicitor with experience in residential development and reviewing and reporting on title issues
* Keen interest in business development
