Job Details
This highly regarded US firm is currently making significant headway in London. Established in London for some time it is now focussed on developing its capability further and extending the range of its transactional expertise.
The firm is very well placed in the US and has recently attracted some key strategic hires in corporate/M&A and other transactional areas. In London, the firm does already have a corporate presence but there is still plenty of room for that to be developed further. As well as looking for additional M&A expertise, it is particularly interested to talk to partners who have strong practices, which are ideally international/cross-border, in private equity.
The firm is driven, entrepreneurial and very profitable, so is looking for partners who are motivated by working in that kind of environment and have a significant following and a proven track record gained from working on high value transactions, winning work and building lasting client relationships. Remuneration will be very competitive and appropriate to your practice and ability to deliver on your business plan.
