Senior Associate to Counsel (Corporate / Shipping & Aviation Finance Focus) - Bermuda

Leading offshore law firm with a client base that includes global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals, is actively looking to looking to recruit an experienced lawyer at the Senior Associate / Counsel level for their busy corporate practice in Bermuda.

Admitted to practice in England & Wales, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, the successful applicant will have a minimum of seven years of post-qualified experience acting on multi-jurisdictional shipping and aviation matters and be at a stage in their career where they are comfortable training & supervising junior lawyers while taking an active position regards business development activities. A natural leader with a commercial approach, you’ll be well positioned to take a step up in terms of responsibility, working proactively within what is an extremely collegiate team environment.
