The Role:
This highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Banking & Finance team is looking for an ambitious Associate to join their growing Manchester office.
You will be working closely with one of the most respected Banking & Finance Partners in the North, who has a wealth of contacts and knowledge. Their support and mentoring will allow you to flourish and truly hone your technical and commercial ability.
From an early stage, you will take on a good level of responsibility and have an impressive amount of client contact. This will naturally develop as you progress, and you will have the opportunity to build a team and make a name for yourself in the market.
In addition to the above, you will gain exposure to high-level work across general banking, REF, corporate lending, energy finance, and debt restructuring on behalf of major financial institutions and corporate clients in the UK and internationally.
Requirements:
- You will be a Banking & Finance Solicitor between NQ - 5 years PQE
- Experience gained across a broad range of Banking & Finance matters
- Be an ambitious individual with a desire to develop and progress
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
