GUERNSEY - REAL ESTATE LAWYER - 2-4 PQE

This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their highly rated Real Estate practice on Guernsey. Under the guidance of two leading partners in the field, this high-level role will focus on providing legal advice on a wide range of matters to local clients (both institutional and private) in relation to a variety of Guernsey commercial property transactions, including investment, finance and landlord and tenant work, often concerning landmark premises and developments on the island.  Business development and marketing initiatives for the department and firm will also be a feature.  The team are particularly seeking someone who is Guernsey or UK qualified, with broad training / experience in commercial real estate, along with strong academics and a keen interest in furthering their career on Guernsey.  The role combines varied and interesting high-level work, with an attractive, low tax package, and the fantastic lifestyle benefits that come with living and working on Guernsey.  For more details, please apply now!
