An unusual opportunity for a Pensions Lawyer in the earlier stages of their post qualified career to focus on project based assignments orientated solely around advisory work. In particular buy-out and de-risking projects figure heavily in an ever growing roster of work. However the culture of the firm is committed to flexible working and sensible hours, both are undeniably available here and a long-hours culture very definitely does not exist, helped in part by the lack of corporate support work but also influenced by Partners who have themselves stepped away from the stereotypical City firm model.
