In response to an ever-increasing pipeline of work across regulatory and financial services for a host of major hedge fund managers, private equity firms and international corporations, they are keen to hear from high calibre lawyers with c3-5yrs PQE for opportunities within their expanding Cayman practice.

Applicants will ideally hail from a recognised offshore or international law firm and be admitted to practice in Cayman, England & Wales or another qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction. An excellent academic pedigree is essential, as is a forensic attention to detail and ability to handle multiple work streams across all key areas of business and financial services regulation including compliance, corporate governance, regulatory and risk advisory services. Those with existing Cayman regulatory experience in particular would be of interest.
