Job Details
We are working with a market leading alternative legal service provider who are looking to source an experienced Real Estate Lawyer who has experience within the energy sector for a 3-6 month contract for one of their tech clients. The contract is to start ASAP and can be undertaken remotely within the UK.
Ideal candidates will possess two skillsets combined, namely real estate acquisition and development as well as energy contract negotiation.
Candidates can expect to be involved in real estate acquisition and development (involving contract negotiation, due diligence, closing process, development issues such as zoning and environmental issues) as well as energy contract negotiation (to include energy supply and connection agreements).
Due to the level of responsibility, ideal candidates are likely to posses upwards of 5+ years' PQE and have experience in handling real estate acquisition and developments as well as energy contract negotiation exposure.
Candidates are likely to be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as New Zealand and Australia, for example), and be available immediately or at short notice.
