Job Details
This key strategic role is within an aviation manufacturer based in the UAE.
Working as part of the wider legal team, the role is responsible for the complete overview and monitoring of international trade activities specifically involving the US government, UAE, Gulf states and international trade laws. From this overview, the manager will be expected to develop and implement new procedures and policies and to assess the compliance policies, undertake internal reviews and make changes when necessary to the trade laws and regulations.
Applicants must have a minimum 10 years' experience in Export compliance. They must have experience in Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and Commerce Control List ("CCL").
US expertise is ITAR and USML would be highly advantageous.
