THE ROLE:
The Northamptonshire office of this progressive Legal 500 firm has a business critical need to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. Keen to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years’ experience, this is an exciting position that will involve the successful candidate becoming an integral part of strategic growth plans, whilst working closely alongside respected Head of Department. Joining a pre-eminent department that has an outstanding reputation for its expertise, you will be based in the Hertfordshire office. This is a fulfilling role, which will involve working on professional disputes and handling a broad based and challenging litigation matters.  Candidates will demonstrate a good, solid track record in this area and be ready for a new challenge. The firm are seeking ambitious candidates that have the ability to be pro-active and work independently and be capable of building and growing a team. THE CANDIDATE:
Technical competence and confidence to handle Commercial Litigation matters is a pre-requisite. The successful solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate a broad commercial understanding, have a practical approach and be a true team player.  Working as part of a larger team you will have the opportunity to build this area of the business with autonomy, you will have a passion for business development and leadership.  Applications are sought from individuals who have true commercial acumen and the drive to progress a career within a truly collaborative environment.
