Job Details
We are seeking a legal counsel on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a England & Wales qualified lawyer to relocate to Amsterdam. Dutch language skills are not required. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to join a global legal team integral to a preeminent technology company engaged in cutting edge issues, and focused on solving some of the biggest challenges in the world.
You will be an active and trusted business partner, and ensure the provision of timely business-focused advice to the central EMEA business as well as advise on and coordinate region-wide projects that impact earners on both platforms. You will understand, interpret and apply current laws and regulations as applicable to the business's models.
You will be between 2-4 years PQE with experience in commercial or corporate drafting and negotiation. This is an excellent first move in-house. As well as the ability to think on your feet, you will have excellent business judgment, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and prioritise workload and activities.
