The Role

The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Corporate Paralegal to join their Manchester office.

You will assist with a broad client base covering many industry sectors which include Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, IT, Technology & Software, Media, Agencies & Retail.

Daily tasks will involve board minutes, written resolutions for transactions such as sales and purchases, both shares and assets, restructures, shareholder agreements, reviewing due diligence documents, and incorporating companies.

Requirements

  • You must be a Corporate Paralegal with at least 2 years of proven experience within the corporate field
  • You will have first-class communication

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
