Our client brings together the best in global media and technology and we are recruiting for an additional experienced lawyer to join the team which supports their adtech businesses
We are looking for a talented TMT lawyer with experience in GDPR and ideally some advertising and/or adtech experience. Absence of adtech experience will not be an issue as long as candidates have an interest in and a desire to develop in this area. You will review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements and provide general legal guidance on a broad range of projects. This role will suit a flexible and proactive lawyer, whether already in-house or moving straight from private practice.
