An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telecoms Lawyer to join a highly successful, international telecoms business as Assistant GC.

THE ROLE

As Assistant GC, you will be part of a small yet high-performing team delivering a first-class legal service across the group. This role will work closely with the management team and you will be involved in:

* Advising on multi-jurisdictional commercial and regulatory matters on key value and growth areas such as MVNO arrangements and strategic roadmaps

* Implementing effective governance for the Group with policies and procedures that are in-line with the company's corporate responsibilities and strategy

* Delivering on day-to-day needs of other business functions as required

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

We are looking for a 5 years'+ PQE lawyer with telecoms industry experience. The successful candidate may have focussed on either commercial or regulatory work to date and we will consider both profiles equally, as long as there is a strong desire to carry out a broad mix of work and develop in new areas as required. Experience across multiple jurisdictions/emerging markets will be advantageous.
