Paralegal/Trainee, Financial Services

This is a great 2^nd job in a legal department for a bright and enthusiastic LLB or LPC graduate with around a year’s previous paralegal experience.  Our client is a financial services business with a small friendly and supportive legal team based in Surrey.  They are looking to hire a junior paralegal to support the experienced lawyers with general commercial and regulatory legal work including case management. You can expect to be involved in some company secretarial work, such as filings and board resolutions

With strong academics (at least BBB at A-Level and a 2.1 or above at degree level), you will have a flexible approach as well as good communication skills and attention to detail.  You will have a commercial mind and be keen to learn quickly. There will be good on the job training on offer and great career progression including the strong potential of a training contract in due course. This role is a permanent appointment.  It will best suit a bright LPC graduate who is very organised and keen to take their first step in a career in financial services in London.
