Senior Associate 7+ Employment

LAW Absolute is working with a highly regarded and top-ranked commercial regional practice based in the Home Counties. The firm has exciting expansion plans, fuelled by building success, and are now looking to recruit a Senior Associate to their Employment team. 

The client base comes from a wider variety of commercial sectors  including transportation, technology and education.  The role is predominantly dealing with defendant work and is a full blend of both litigation and advisory work.  Given the nature of the clients and advice offered, there is typically a commercial approach that is required for clients, and there is a real opportunity to act as an "in-house lawyer". 

In order to balance out the current membership of the team, together with the need to be able to work independently, the firm are looking for candidates with at least 7-8 (7-8+) years of post qualified experience.  There are both clear and fast opportunities for partnership offered.  The role may suit candidates looking to move from a City practice wanting to establish themselves in the regions or someone at an existing commercial regional practice that is looking for improved client or partnership opportunities.
