Corporate Senior Associate, International Firm, 5-9 PQE - Abu Dhabi

Our client is an International law firm actively seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing Corporate/M&A team in Abu Dhabi.
 
The firm have made a number of hires over the pandemic and have continued this by recently taking on a number of Partners from top tier firms. They require a Senior Associate to aid these new Partners and provide support on the high-level work they are bringing in.
 
Their Corporate department provides high level of M&A (public and private) services to a wide range of clients as well as advisory services covering a wide-range of corporate/commercial matters including foreign investment, capital markets, competition, commercial and regulatory, real estate, government contracts, commercial agency and franchising, to a wide range of clientele. 
 
The emphasis is on developing well rounded, commercially aware, relationship-focused lawyers, who are interested in a long-term career in a global law firm in return for a competitive salary plus bonus.
 
Due to covid, it is vital you must either be in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate, as risk of lockdown would prevent the ability to commute.
