New Build Conveyancer
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of local firm with offices throughout Yorkshire. Our client has been offering a client care focused approach for over 25 years having grown from one West Yorkshire office.

Due to continued Growth we are now looking for a fee earning new build conveyancer to joining the team. Due to the specialist nature of the work our client does the right candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with the purchase of new build properties, and ideally will have experience of handling a volume of plots on individual developments. Professional qualification is advantageous but a minimum period of fee earning of 2-3 years is required.

Required Attributes:

* Strong technical ability in the conveyancing field
* An understanding of referrer relationships and an ability to maintain strong referrer relations with compromising independence and client care
* An ability to understand issues that may arise throughout the process and ability to solve them
* Trustworthiness and attention to detail
* Dedication and an ability to work to deadlines
