Employment Lawyer
Leading professional services firm seeks an experienced Employment lawyer to join its UK Employment Legal Services Team on in London, on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This is an opportunity for a talented and ambitious employment solicitor, with upwards of 4 years PQE, seeking to join a leading global professional services firm undertaking high-quality multinational work while enjoying a sustainable work/life balance.
The role will involve conducting a variety of work with a focus on workforce pay compliance (including national minimum wage, holiday pay, employment status, pay gap reporting). Workforce change (people aspects of restructurings including redundancies and TUPE transfers, changes to terms and conditions and transactional support) as well as
general HR and ER advisory work.
Applications are sought from experienced Employment lawyers with a high level of technical knowledge with regards to the employment law of England and Wales.
