EL PL MULTI TRACK / SUPERVISOR- Sheffield

An experienced Personal injury EL PL manager is required for one of our top clients in Sheffield. You will be working as the lead manager for a well established group of earners who manage high value EL PL caseloads . You will work directly with the operations director in making sure the team runs smoothly as well as the client relationship itself. Candidates should ideally come from a claimant background with around a min of 4 years PQE.

  • Location: Sheffield
  • Salary: £45,000 - £52,500
  • Reports to: Operations director
  • Expertise: Candidates should have proven experience of multi track claimant EL PL cases, ideally up to a vale of £250,000 or beyond. The team deals exclusively with complex multi track EL PL and a small amount of RTA. Candidates should ideally have management or team leading experience, though this is not crucial

MULTI TRACK EXPERIENCE NEEDED

The team handles mostly multi track EL PL work with a small amount of RTA. The cases are exclusively multi track up to around £250K in terms of value. Though our client does not wish to be too prescriptive in terms of experience, they are ideally looking for a claimant background. Candidates must be proficient in multi track work and be technically adept lawyers, capable of thinking on their feet.

SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

What makes the role different is that you will also be developing your team leading and management skills. The successful applicant will deal directly with the Legal Director and Operations Director at the firm. The role also paves the way for future progression within the team.
