This established Real Estate department is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their team in Dartford.

The role:
The firm is looking for an established Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their growing team in Dartford.
You'll be joining a very successful team within the commercial property space that has the capacity to have someone come in and evolve with the department as it continues to grow.
Given the reputation of the team, there is a varied caseload for you to take ownership of and you'll be working with regional and national clients on real estate matters.
As an established lawyer, you'll be able to demonstrate effective business development capabilities as the firm want someone who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
Requirements:
- Commercial Property Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- You will have excellent communication skills and an interest in business development
- You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
