The Role
You will work on major commercial and residential development projects in a planning context. Your caseload will include drafting and negotiating planning obligations & infrastructure agreements, strategic planning advice, supporting advocates and counsel at inquires, compulsory purchase orders & powers, development consent orders and drafting articles.

Requirements
