BANKING LAWYER (ASSET / AVIATION EMPHASIS) - NQ-1 PQE

This highly-rated mid-size UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a junior Associate to join their busy and thriving Banking & Finance practice in London, to focus particularly on high-level Asset / Aviation Finance transactions.  You could expect to be involved in commercial and technical legal advice throughout the deal cycle, with an emphasis on financing, leasing, purchasing, restructuring and repossessions of both commercial aircraft and business jets, while also working alongside major clients on their equity capital markets and debt capital market transactions. Their broad practice spans innovative structures involving Sharia-compliant aircraft leasing, insurance-backed finance, PDP financing and structuring majority share purchases in AIM listed entities, setting up funds focused on aviation assets and other aviation business acquisitions.  While experienced across various markets, the team are best known for expertise on major deals in South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa, with a global clientele including emerging and established airlines, leasing companies, private equity investors, and asset financiers.  You'll work closely with key partners of this busy team, assisting with large-scale matters, and running your own smaller-scale mandates.  Applicants should ideally be UK qualified lawyers, with relevant experience (ideally at least a seat in Banking or Aviation) and strong academic credentials.  Don't miss this unusual and highly varied London banking law opportunity - for more details, please apply now!
