Job Details
Leading insurance organisation requires an Italian corporate lawyer wanting to use their legal experience in a more commercial way. This position will initially be based in London for training but then be based in Milan full-time from summer 2022.
The position will involve assessing risks associated with corporate transactions across a wide range of industries in the Italian market.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and stellar team within the insurance industry, and to advise on, and structure suitable arrangements for clients with business interests in Italy, in a very commercial environment.
You will provide technical advice Italian transactions and the risks associated with them, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well.
You must be commercial and personable in your approach, and comfortable with building relationships.
You will have a M&A or Private Equity experience and must have experience on Italian deals and be able to work in both English and Italian.
This position will be based in Milan from summer 2022 after an initial training period in London.
