They have an incredibly team-work centric approach and across the board departments work very collaboratively and cohesively. This is reflected in their fantastic staff retention rate. Many of the partners at this firm joined as junior fee-earners and trainees. The majority of staff have been with the practice for 5+ years creating an incredibly bespoke and familiar working environment.
The firms core practice areas include: Commercial, Residential and Agricultural Property, Employment, Family, Financial Services, Private Client, Corporate and Dispute Resolution. They also have several niche areas of law, resulting in a wide range of diverse clients and individuals
This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE to join their flourishing Petersfield, Hampshire office.
The firm
The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect.
You will work on a dynamic case load built from years of the firm servicing local, regional and national clients. In this role you will be dealing with a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant work, development, real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals and much more.
You will be very well supported in building and establishing a caseload for the long term and this will come in the form of both administrative support, and financial backing.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor and you will be 1+ years PQE
- You will be well versed over a broad array of commercial property matters
- You will be dynamic, keen to progress and be ambitious to build a personal brand
