The Role

NQ to 3 PQE Corporate Solicitor to join L500 ranked, international Top 50 Bristol team.

With an often cross border scope, the national team advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, stock market listings and securities offerings, company restructuring and refinancing, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate governance. Offering a full-spectrum service within corporate, finance and commercial matters.

Drawing increasing amounts of work from the City and into the Bristol office, the four Partner team has led the group through organic growth consistently over the past five years.

Following ongoing investment into the team, the Partners wish to welcome and mentor a junior solicitor to work alongside with, offering increasing exposure to corporate matters, including finance and tax.

The team attracts the attention of large and international corporate entities, such as financial services businesses, technology groups, property companies, healthcare providers and investors, energy and natural resources companies and retailers. The 40 strong team continued to make waves in transactions that often exceed £50m in value

Requirements

• NQ+ experience in Corporate law, ideally acting for larger corporations.
