Corporate Solicitor, Bristol, Associate, Remote working 3 days a week
OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a Top 50 UK Law Firm looking to expand its 30 strong corporate team. It is recognised in both Chambers and L500 for its Corporate work.
WORK: Your work will be varied and you can expect to be working on fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams. You can expect to become involved in all or any of the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital
- Equity capital markets
- Company law advice
- Joint ventures
- Reorganisations and demergers
BACKGROUND: Our client is looking for an associate solicitor. On offer is a top market rate salary (£60,000 is NQ rate), benefits package and remote working.
