The Role

NQ to 4 PQE Corporate Tax Solicitor to join Top 100, Tier 1.

Due to investment and the continuation of bringing London work to the region, the Corporate Partners are looking expand the team at junior to mid level, allowing for an ambitious and driven solicitor to cut their teeth in corporate tax.

Offering expertise in mergers & acquisitions; reorganisations; general corporation tax and capital gains tax advice, you'll take your existing expertise to the next level, supporting clients from key sectors globally with their tax considerations.

Showing a high degree of commercial judgement, and forging longstanding relationships with current and future clients, your name will quickly become a hallmark for quality, working independently or on cross-office and department projects.

Your success will be matched with increased reward and responsibility, with there being an established pathway to Associate and Senior Associate that's based on merit alone.
