The Opportunity
The business now has an opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join and provide dedicated legal support to the business on a wide range of matters including transactions, partnership arrangements and commercial agreements. In addition, you will advise and lead on contract and negotiations relating to digital care, tenders and marketing. The company is growing rapidly and you will also provide support in this growth.
About You
This is a unique opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join an innovative, forward-thinking digital healthcare organisation in a new role for the UK and global legal team. A digital healthcare background would be welcome although a broader commercial and technology skill-set would also be well-utilised. A keen interest in the health tech sector is key.
