Our Client, an award winning Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked law firm with several offices nationally and overseas are looking to expand their team with the appointment of a mid to senior level associate in London.

The Team

With a team of 70 corporate lawyers nationally, the Team advises on all types of corporate activity across the UK and internationally.

Their lawyers have been the recipients of several awards in recent years with corporate matters forming a core part of the firm’s business, completing more deals than any other legal adviser.

The Corporate Team are known and valued for their dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit and practical style which allows them to offer a partner lead approach on every deal, representing businesses at all levels throughout every stage of a transaction.

The Candidate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer to be based in Central London. This role would ideally suit a solicitor who is currently working at associate/senior associate level and will be capable of working alongside our Client’s diverse corporate partners on a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions.

The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills in this area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in business development. The successful candidate will be able to take full advantage of the on-going comprehensive training available.
