Coveted opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join a top tier firm in their Reading office.

The role:
This Top 100 firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their award-winning corporate department based in Reading.
You will undertake a range of transactional work across M&A, joint ventures and private equity. With an ever-expanding international client base, much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature and will range from £5m-£100m in value.
The team want someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
Requirements:
- Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing the department projects
