About the Opportunity

The business needs to hire a commercial lawyer to lead and support on a wide range of commercial contracts. You will have responsibility for reviewing, drafting and negotiating key commercial contracts with suppliers and provide day-to-day management of commercial and contractual queries. This is a fast-paced, commercially led organisation and it will be your responsibility, along with the rest of the legal team, to ensure the business is protected in terms of risk as well as its commercial position.

About You

The role is an opportunity for a commercial lawyer, most likely with in-house experience, to join a leading fintech business in a newly created role for the organisation. The ability to handle negotiations and manage the detail of key business contracts is essential. An interest in working in a consumer led company and the ability to build relationships and liaise with the wider business is also key.
