Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Real Estate Associate (1 PQE+) to join their Southampton office. The ideal individual will have trained with an established regional, city or national firm and have gained a solid overview across a broad range of real estate transactions.

The team frequently advise on complex commercial property matters in the UK and internationally including:

- Portfolio Management

- Real Estate Finance

- Landlord & Tenant

- Development Projects

- Investment Opportunities

You can expect to contribute to business development initiatives on a regular basis. This role will suit someone looking for extensive client contact from an early stage and the opportunity to develop their real estate knowledge sector longer term. If successful, you can expect a balance of public and private sector work and your responsibilities might include but not be limited to retail leases and agreements, mixed use site development matters, due diligence and client support in conjunction with more senior fee earners. This role will support prestigious clients on high value deals, in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The successfully appointed candidate will be given an opportunity to work on a variety of matters, both autonomously and as part of the wider team.
