Structured Finance Associates (3-7yrs+ PQE) - Cayman Islands

We have been instructed to locate aspiring lawyers with a background in structured finance transactions for the Cayman office of a premier offshore law firm. Our client advises across the full spectrum of commoditised deals through to the largest and most complex, bespoke transactions to include cash and synthetic CLOs, standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes, structured products using collateralised swaps & repos and trade finance securitisations. They also act for issuers, trustees and arrangers on the restructuring and termination of structured finance products.

To be considered, applicants will possess an excellent academic pedigree and be admitted to practice in England & Wales or other qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction. With between 3-7yrs+ PQE on a UK scale, you will currently be practicing within a top tier onshore or offshore law firm and be ready to take on a new, exciting challenge within what is a dynamic team environment. A strong communicator with the ability to think on your feet, you will be comfortable working within a close-knit team team and ready to embrace responsibility and autonomy for transactions, under the guidance of some of the most highly respected Partners in the Cayman market.
