Your new role
This is a residential property development role and you will be acting on behalf of private clients, third sector organisations, NHS trusts, practitioners and other NHS organisations. You will assist the partners and wider team on a range of matters including landlord and tenant matters, corporate relocations and commercial projects, whilst recognising and developing your understanding of the particular demands and restrictions of the private, healthcare and the not-for-profit sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous commercial property experience is essential for this role. Candidates should be capable and keen to take on a mixed workload. Although not essential, previous commercial property experience within the healthcare sector or the NHS would be preferable.
