Two banking lawyers will be offered an excellent opportunity to join a top tier banking team at this top 40 national practice in Birmingham. The banking team in Birmingham act for borrowers, lenders, and investors throughout the UK and overseas across various sectors, including:
 

• Healthcare
• Energy
• Telecoms
• Retail
• Technology
• Life Sciences
• Transport
• Real Estate

The successful banking lawyers joining this highly renowned banking team in Birmingham will work alongside partners considered to be among the best in the field; undertaking high value, complex and challenging banking matters throughout the UK and across multiple jurisdictions, which will include:
 

• Corporate lending
• Real estate finance
• Leveraged and acquisition finance
• Asset backed lending
• Infrastructure and project finance
• Marine, aviation, and rail finance and leasing
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Asset management

These two positions are ideally suited to banking lawyers between NQ and four years’ PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
 

• A strong academic background
• As an NQ – at least a single training seat in banking
• Above NQ – at least a single training seat in banking and qualified experience in banking gained with a reputable national practice
• Strong technical knowledge
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
