Job Details
A leading international law firm in Dubai is looking for a junior-l to mid level associate, between 2-6 years qualified, to join their Corporate & Commercial team.Key Requirements • Must be between 4 to 8 years Qualified. • Bilingual Proficiency in Arabic and English would be an advantage.not a must • Must be Common law qualified (UK, AUS,). • Must have prior training and working experience at an International law firm within a Corporate/M&A practice. • Experience working on a range of corporate and commercial transactions such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint-Ventures, IPOs, and Complex Agreements. • Prior working experience in the region or exposure to matters arising out of the Middle East would be an advantage. • Candidates already based in Dubai would be preferred, but those located internationally and who fit the above criteria, are encouraged to apply. • Opportunity to work with a highly-regarded corporate transactions team in the region.
