The Role

2+ PQE Technology Lawyer to join T1, Chambers ranked team with Bristol Top 50

Taking ownership of complex and high-quality matters involving all aspects of IT project, technology and data law, you will work closely with an enviable book of clients with high degree of trust and responsibility in issues relating to procurement and licensing of Tech.

Working with IT service providers, vendors in key sectors such as Energy, Transport, Cyber, Fintech, Insurance and Healthcare, be it with start-ups and disruptors, or some of the largest providers in the world, on increasingly complex and valued cases.

At UK and international level, you will be heavily involved in outsourcing, licensing, Fintech, data security, Big Data, AI and Digital media, to name a few, often working on first-of-their-kind projects.

You will be commercial-driven, sharp, and looking to continually develop and take advantage of the firm's ongoing progression opportunities.

The Requirements

  • 2+ PQE transactional experience in tech, data protection and cyber. No limit to PQE
  • Experience in managing and exceeding client expectations and building relationships
  • Commercially minded, whilst being a strong team player
