THE ROLE
In one of the country's largest dedicated and sector-focused commercial, IT and outsourcing contracts teams.
You will be advising on an entire range of IT-related contracts, from small SaaS agreements providing ancillary services like satisfaction surveys to app development agreements to business-critical ERP software licences and implementations, hosting agreements and data/connectivity agreements.
ABOUT YOU
A senior commercial contracts solicitor with practical experience of drafting and advising on IT contracts.
You will be handling IT contracts to include traditional licences, SaaS, software development/ licensing, outsourcing, e-commerce, telecoms across various sectors both in the private sector and on significant public sector projects.
