NEW 2021/2: DR / Litigation Partner, Shanghai, China

NEW Partner: 2021/2: with a multi-national firm: the large influx of quality DR work, together with the massive expansion of this ambitious Global firm with an off-shore leaning, has allowed this rare role to come about in the PR of China for a Western mid-level DR lawyer already based in Asia or looking to make that shift to the country from London or similar jurisdiction. You must be well versed in off-shore DR work.  Again, it is preferable that you are already 'in' the PRC and have a good footing on the ground, both personally and business-wise, but this is not an absolute necessity - good grounding in DR work from a solid UK, US or ideally off-shore practice is enough.
