The Role
This well established and growing practice is looking to expand with the addition of an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team in Warwickshire.
This role will see you working alongside market leading individuals in the corporate commercial space. The department is home to a number of fee-earning lawyers from Top 200 and Legal 500 backgrounds due to the quality of work they can offer and the work-life balance that they ensure.
You will have a range of work including M&A, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts for regional, national and international clients across countless sectors. In addition, the role will offer a broad diet of commercial work due to the recent acquisition of a new Partner.
Requirements
- 3 years + PQE in a recognised practice
- A track record of business development and a good sense of commercial acumen
