- We are currently seeking corporate lawyers who are interested in undertaking assignments with our clients as well as the internal teams at Pinsent Masons. These opportunities are at all levels from NQ+ to General Counsel / Partner level. Our lawyers are highly motivated and able to work independently whilst taking on the responsibilities required within these challenging roles. To be suitable, you will possess a background in Transactional M&A, Private Equity or ECM.

- You will find yourself providing strategic and operational legal support to our clients and as a result will have experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of transactional agreements and have strong stakeholder engagement skills and business acumen.
