-We are currently seeking several commercial / technology lawyers to work on freelance contracts for high-profile clients of ours, particularly within the Energy, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Technology sectors. We have opportunities from NQ+ to General Counsel / Partner level. Our lawyers are highly motivated and able to work independently whilst taking on the responsibilities required of the role.

- You will find yourself providing strategic and operational legal support within our clients. As a result, we seek lawyers who are commercially astute and understand the demands of working within a corporate environment. You will find yourself focused on transactional work but also acting as a partner to their business to help them achieve their strategic objectives.

- Typical work will include the negotiation of agreements across a broad spectrum of a client’s supply-chain such as technology, real estate, professional services and general commercial services. Furthermore, you will be advising our clients on how they procure their services and goods whilst utilising their suppliers effectively.
