This global corporate group of over 800 lawyers advise on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including a particular focus on highly complex domestic, cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

As part of their strategic plans for growth, they are actively seeking a 2-5pqe associate to handle public and private M&A, venture capital and private equity) for clients in the technology, media & telecommunications sector and also as part of their market leading FinTech practice. The transactions they work on are typically cross border (frequently involving North America or emerging markets) and often cutting edge and high profile. We are looking for candidates with experience of working with clients within the TMT sector and who have a keen interest to further develop their involvement with clients within this industry.

Excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer to specialise in this exciting, expanding and fast moving sector. Hours are akin to mid tier at 1600 and remuneration in line with Silver Circle.
