THE ROLE
A corporate lawyer is sought to join a team which has deep sector knowledge and far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies.
Connecting with colleagues throughout the firm globally, you will work on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM.
Sectors covered will include real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-4pqe and from a strong corporate team in the City or regions, you will be looking to take a prominent role on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory mandates and to deliver first class client service.
The role will be particularly attractive to applicants who wish to increase their exposure to and direct experience of more significant corporate transactions and cross-border work for blue chip clients.
