Leveraged Finance Junior Associate: You will be part of a leading banking group within a Top 20 law firm in their City of London office. You will work with both Borrowers and Lenders on leverage finance matters representing some of the largest banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors in the UK.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Leveraged Finance Junior Associate to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office within their Banking Group.

The Banking team is a national leader and have a large presence on the global stage. The banking team provides expert advice to both lender and borrower clients. On the Lender side, they advise a broad range of UK and International Banks, Debt Funds, Challenger Banks and Building Societies on bilateral, syndicated, untrenched, super senior and other lending structures.

You will work on a variety of Banking matters, but with a primary focus on corporate banking and leveraged finance representing banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers. You will have work on large leveraged finance and private equity-backed transactions with both borrowers and lenders. You will receive a high level of responsibility working alongside Leading Legal 500 individuals and Chambers ranked partners.

The Requirements

  • You will be a Leveraged Finance Associate with at least NQ-3 PQE
  • You will be currently working within a City or International practice.
  • Worked within a respectable Banking group.
