Senior Corporate role
I am currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Legal professionals to join a friendly and collaborative team, within a Global commodities organisation.
The role will predominantly be focused around mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, disposals and restructuring, as well as other generalist corporate work. The General Counsel who this will report to is passionate about developing lawyers within the team and progressing staff to the next level. The preference is that you will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyer with strong corporate experience - and you will ideally have either an Inhouse heavy industry background, or alternatively have good experience within a highly regarded law firm looking for an Inhouse move.
The role will pay very competitively and offer flexible remote working options.
