Job Details
This premium US law firm is seeking an investment funds lawyer with first-rate fund formation experience to join its Chambers ranked funds practice based in London.
The role will involve primarily the structuring and establishment of private funds domiciled in the UK and abroad, including hedge, debt, real estate, private equity and fund of funds, across a range of asset classes. The new hire will also act for investment funds and their managers on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of PQE gained at a recognised Funds practice in the UK or overseas. Experience in global fund formation is essential for this role. Candidates shall have an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
